NOKIA N95 8gb gsm are they trying to rip me off?help quickly!?

I have bought a nokia n95 8gb on e bay im waiting for it to arrive it has been a long time now since i paid for it.Now he has told me yhe dont have that model buy has a n95 sgb gsm which is better.Is it any better or worse with gsm i think he s trying to rip me off!

Went through the same crap recently.

1st the seller sent me a second hand phone with scratches and chips in it. This cost me $15.00 to send back.

Then he sends a replacement phone that is new but its the 8GB model. – I paid for a 1GB phone.
this phone was missing the CD Software and the battery cover.

From investigations with local phone shops it turns out that it seems to be the 8GB model because of the camera on the back but from the front cover it seems to be a 1GB model.
At the end of the day I dont know what the hell I have ended up with.
Is it the 1GB or 8GB model ? No-one can verify it either way.

If you paid for the 8GB model and that is what he had on his auction site , then the seller owes you a N95 8GB model.

NOTE :
Dont accept any other phone than the one you paid for and if he doesnt have one tell him to get one ( the model you paid for ) – DO NOT SETTLE OR AGREE TO ANY OTHER PHONE – NO MATTER WHAT HE OFFERS.

I am happy with what I ended up with although I paid for it on the 15/01/08 and I did not end up with the complete working phone and all its software until the 27/02/08.
Frustrating as hell too!!!

Stick to your guns , if he wont give you what you paid for , then REPORT him to E-bay straight away.
You are in the right and he is trying to rip you off by the sounds of it.
Once again – DONT ACCEPT ANY DEALS
